Team Leader -Inbound International Sales / Upselling Process.

Qualification : Any graduate

Experience : Minimum 3 Years of an experience as a Team Leader for an Health Insurance Sales Process.

CTC: 3 - 4.5 lacs.p.a.
Shift window - Purely Day Shift.
Job Profile:
-Grooming the agents for the next level.
-Team Handling of 30-40 telecaller.
-Escalating the issues pertaining to process level regarding product to clients for resolution.
-Achieve team Productivity/Performance Metrics
-Achieve team quality scores
-Handling span in the absence of AM.
-Maintain on/above target attendance
-Conduct huddles and be responsible for people management
-Identify and analyze process requirements, gaps, progress rate and fix/highlight accordingly.
-Provide coaching and feedback to team
-Tracking daily productivity with targets
-Client interaction

Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skill .
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
-Preferred candidates from Health Insurance Sales / Upselling background in a BPO set up.

Urgent Opening For Sales Manager in Health Insurance

JD for Sales Managerat Health Insurance Process.

Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the entire telecaller  team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.

Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

Responsible for managing the telesales team, developing a business plan,LEAD-Generation, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation.

Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.

Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.

Job Location will be Thane.

Pick & Drop from Thane station till Company.

Sunday will be a OFF.

Salary Upto 12lacs.p.a.
