Job Description:
It is an Inbound and Outbound Process.
We will not be doing cold calling as our client Lodha will be conducting campaigns giving advertisements using all their media resources.(Internet, Newspaper, Radio,etc).In response to it, we will be getting calls from interested prospects. Then the concerned CSE needs to attend these calls and guide them about the property details and the site details. In short he needs to generate a lead and convince the customer to visit the site. Later the respective sales agent from Lodha will attend the customer at the site.
Criteria for the selection round
      I.        Candidate should be HSC pass (Not appeared
     II.        Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical error
   III.        Matured and stable. (i.e. -Previous Experience)
   IV.        Should be capable to explain the product.
    V.        Fresher’s can be considered only if is fluent and excellent at his/her communication skill.
   VI.        Should be communicated the address and office timings
 VII.        Age group: 20 – 30 yrs
Office timing:
Monday to Friday : 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Sat & Sun : 8 am – 5 pm /  11 am – 8 pm (one of the 2 shifts)
Weekly Offs:
Weekly off will be given on any day between Mondays to Thursdays. Sat and Sun is mandatorily working. Transport facility (pick-up and drop from Thane station) will be available.
 Salary range:
      I.        Fresher: 10 – 12k in-hand (CSE)
     II.        Experienced: 12 – 15k in-hand (Sr. CSE)
    III.        People with experience in international BPO or even in domestic BPO in English speaking process can be offered up to 17k in-hand (approx. 18k CTC)

Customer Service

  • Follow the 10 feet Rule :: Greet EVERY customer who comes within a 10 Feet radius
  • Ensure 100% GUEST sales is followed in every customer interaction

·         Escalate customer complaints if not resolved at his/her level to the Store Manager and ensure resolution
